At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for aHuman Resources System Administrator to join our UK Group Head Office team!
This is a new role to the group and an exciting opportunity to develop, grow and make this role your own!
This role is remote based within the UK.
working hours - Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 5pm, Friday 8:30 - 2:10pm

As a HR System Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our HRIS platforms (Dayforce, Skillsoft, Recruitment Manager, ADP). You will manage user accounts, roles and permissions as well as configuring system settings, workflows and modules to meet business and HR requirements. You will collaborate across functions such as HR, payroll and IT to implement new HR processes or system enhancements.
As a HR Systems Administrator you will ensure accuracy, security and integrity of HR data while supporting HR processes such as Payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management and compliance administration. To succeed in this role, you will have experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) administration and configuration (Dayforce, Skillsoft, Recruitment Manager, ADP or similar systems).
You will be process driven, analytically focused and proactive on making an impact.
You will have knowledge of HR data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPPA, local labour laws etc) and understand HR processes.
