Role Overview

Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. - Placement Management

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and candidates. - Market Research
:
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices to add value to the recruitment process.

- Proven experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of the HR landscape in various industries and talent markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Linked In Recruiter).
- Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) and work authorization in Singapore
