• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes in assigned countries
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, and Engineering
• Oversee the full end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance and data integrity
• Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Mentor and support payroll specialists, providing backup to regional managers as needed

• Experience in payroll management or equivalent
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in software tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Experience working remotely is considered a plus
• Demonstrated strong automation and AI capabilities
• A passion for productivity and continuous improvement in work processes
