Location: New York

Join a detail‑oriented, organized, and empathetic People & Culture Employee Relations team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting global employment initiatives and ensuring immigration compliance. You will collaborate with a dynamic team across regions, working closely with the Senior Immigration Manager, People & Culture teams, external counsel, visa holders, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, compliant case coordination. In this role, you will contribute directly to a strong employee and stakeholder experience by providing timely and effective support for employment‑based immigration matters across the Americas.

What role will you play?

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring immigration compliance and supporting global employment initiatives while collaborating with a dynamic team across regions. The Employment Coordinator supports the end-to-end coordination of employment based immigration matters across the Americas. Salary range for this position: $72,000 - $115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What

you offer
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in immigration coordination, legal, paralegal, employee mobility, or employee relations roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, case management expertise, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
  • Experience with HR, case management, or tracking systems (e.g., Microsoft tools, HRIS, immigration platforms).
  • Comfort working with confidential information and complex stakeholder groups, with a high level of client service orientation.
  • A collaborative team mentality, strategic thinking, and genuine interest in employee relations, people issues, and risk management.
