What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into third‑party processors
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure timely receipt of relevant monthly change data and accurate system integration
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding payroll, vacation, and benefits
  • Manage the hiring and termination processes, including union relations when necessary
  • Drive payroll system implementation, including planning, requirements gathering, testing, and data validation
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Degree in a business‑related discipline
  • 8+ years of payroll experience, including at least 4+ years in a managerial capacity at a multinational company
  • Experience in payroll system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption
  • Fluent in English
  • In‑depth knowledge of payroll and HRM systems
