• Provide support for Workday areas such as Compensation and Time/Attendance
• Serve as the primary contact for the Workday user community, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely customer service
• Collaborate with the Workday Community to resolve issues and stay informed on enhancements
• Create and update documentation for processes based on enhancements made
• Perform administrative functions for Workday and other HR platforms, including security maintenance and data audits

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of back-end experience on the Workday platform, with a focus on Compensation and Time/Attendance
• 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources work experience
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

• Experience writing and maintaining Custom Reports in Workday
• Familiarity with Workday Security and calculated fields
• Experience with MS Share Point
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
