We are looking for a
Senior Technical Sourcer
to help identify and source candidates for our engineering roles. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year

Top of funnel is a crucial bottleneck in our recruiting engine and we need someone who can build deep understanding of roles map accurately to potential candidates and source a high volume of talent when required

• Work with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in each role

• Map that understanding accurately to potential candidates across various channels

• Source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it

• Utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches

• Craft engaging messaging that resonates with top tier technical talent

• Use data to inform your work and track the metrics underlying your sourcing efforts

• You have strong writing skills and can craft compelling outreach that engages candidates

• You are data informed and well versed in the metrics underlying sourcing work

• You are motivated and persistent in finding the best talent

• You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn and adapt

• You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with hiring managers and recruiters

• Work at the intersection of AI and cloud data warehouses with industry leading technology

• Partner with a world class team focused on making meaningful impact for customers

This position is fully remote within the United States with optional office presence in San Francisco or New York
