This full-time, hybrid position as a Senior / Executive Recruitment Consultant is based in Peterborough, with the flexibility to work from home two days of the week. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, consulting with clients to understand recruitment needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates while meeting recruitment targets is key to success in this role.
