This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Head of HR based in Singapore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Head of HR will oversee all human resources functions, develop and implement HR strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing and maintaining HR policies, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with Grateful Dress's mission and values.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management functions, including workforce planning and talent management.
- Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law and experience developing and implementing HR Policies.
- Expertise in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage others effectively.
- Proven experience in managing hybrid work environments and ensuring employee productivity in varied work settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; additional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Understanding of or experience in providing support to non-traditional workforce groups, such as beneficiaries, is a plus.
