• Lead the Human Resources department and manage your team.
• Actively participate in management and shape institutional development.
• Support leaders and staff with all HR-related topics.
• Overall responsibility for the Human Resources area and leadership of your own team.
• Active participation in the executive board and co‑shaping the institutional development.
• Consulting and supporting managers and employees in all HR matters.
• Responsibility for payroll, social insurance, and labor law issues.

• Further development of occupational health management.

• University degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and social insurance.
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable HR function.
• Very good knowledge of labor law and social insurance.
• Strong communication, consulting, and leadership skills.

• University degree (FH / Uni) or career changer with advanced training (MAS) in Human Resources.
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable HR function.
• Very good knowledge of labor law and social insurance.
