Responsibilities
Your Daily Challenges
As a Contract Advisor, you will be at the heart of the action:
- Active Recruitment:
Manage job postings, screen resumes, and conduct pre-selection interviews for talent across Canada.
- Pipeline Management:
Identify and attract top candidates using our cutting-edge technological tools.

Collaboration:

Partner with colleagues to meet urgent client needs with high-quality service.

Experience:

Provide impeccable and empathetic follow-ups with every person you meet.

Qualifications
- Bilingualism:
Ability to communicate fluently in both French and English (essential).

- Experience:

Have you worked in customer service, sales, or call centers? That’s exactly the profile we’re looking for!
- Attitude:
Dynamic, results-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Skills:

Excellent time management and strong organizational skills.

- Education:

Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (an asset, but we welcome all motivated talent!).
