What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for developing a financial services recruitment desk from the ground up, identifying and winning new clients, building candidate pipelines across financial services disciplines, and managing the full 360° recruitment process. Business development will be at the heart of what you do, and your ability to open doors and build lasting relationships will be key to your success.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who is genuinely comfortable with business development and the challenges that come with building a cold desk. You'll have a minimum of 4 years' recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to financial services, professional services, or a related sector. You'll be self-motivated, disciplined enough to thrive in a remote working environment, and commercially driven with a real desire to maximise your earnings.
