• Proactively build candidate pools and drive sourcing capabilities to expedite recruitment
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity
• Influence quality assessments and enhance the overall recruitment funnel experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or digital health company
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to fostering relationships
• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruiting efforts
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and adapt to new challenges

• Experience working in healthcare technology or related fields
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse
• Demonstrated success in hiring for technical roles across multiple departments
• Passion for mission-driven work and a desire to contribute to healthcare transformation
