We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Canada to develop and grow our North American market
, covering both the US and Canada
.

This role is ideal for someone who loves business development
, enjoys owning their market, and wants to move beyond "just recruiting." You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base across North America, while delivering high-quality tech talent with the support of our international recruitment teams.

This is a fully remote, full-time role
, with strong autonomy and a clear path to team leadership based on performance.

• Develop new business across the US and Canadian markets
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech and digital roles
• Work closely with global sourcing teams to deliver fast and cost-effective hires
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, market trends, and international recruitment solutions
• Own your targets and performance
• Grow into managing and scaling a team as results follow

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant (agency background preferred)
• Strong business development skills with a hunter mindset
• Solid experience recruiting tech talent
• Based in Canada
  , with a good understanding of the US and Canadian hiring markets
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
