Our client is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities:
Support, maintain and enhance HR and Payroll systems, including configuration and optimisation
Deliver high-quality HR MI, dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI and Business Objects
Own regular and ad-hoc reporting for HR, operational and senior stakeholders
Support system upgrades, integrations and change initiatives
Act as a subject matter expert and provide second-line systems support to managers and employees
Train HR, Payroll and operational teams to maximise system capability
Conduct data audits and analysis to drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies
Configure workflows, security roles and system modules in line with business needs
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance across HR systems
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with HRIS and Payroll systems (experience with iTrent highly desirable)
Strong understanding of core HR and payroll processes
Experience producing and analysing HR reporting and management information
Confidence working with people data, dashboards and analytics tools
Experience supporting system upgrades, integrations or implementations
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance
