Position OverviewThe Senior Campus Recruiter will support and execute early talent hiring programs with a primary focus on internship recruitment and early‑career pipeline development. This role plays a critical executional and partnership role—collaborating closely with the Early Talent Programs Manager and business stakeholders to deliver a high‑volume, high‑quality campus recruiting experience.
This position requires strong full‑cycle recruiting expertise, confidence in stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable campus hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities- Execute full cycle recruiting for early talent programs, with a primary focus on internship hiring
- Manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Partner with the Early Talent Programs Manager to ensure alignment across program timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to translate internship skill requirements into optimized sourcing, screening, and selection strategies, embedding automation to improve recruiting efficiency and strategic impact.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand evolving skill needs and hiring priorities
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, risks, and hiring progress
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for campus hiring inquiries within assigned stakeholder groups
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, interviewer alignment, and candidate follow‑up
- Ensure fair, consistent, and timely evaluation of early talent candidates
- Support offer process execution, including candidate communication and coordination with internal partners
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date requisition and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure adherence to campus recruiting processes and compliance requirements
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience across all early talent programs
- Support campus recruiting events as needed (career fairs, information sessions, and virtual engagements)
- Partner with internal teams to support onboarding readiness and hiring handoffs
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
- 3 – 6 years of recruiting experience, with direct campus or early talent recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing high‑volume hiring pipelines.
- Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting, from intake through offer.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder meetings and intake discussions.
- Travel may be required during peak campus recruiting seasons
- This role may experience seasonal workload spikes aligned to campus recruiting cycles
- Able to work a flexible schedule as workload requires.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Initiative to manage recruiting processes with minimal guidance.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system like Handshake and Taleo is a plus.
- Comfortable learning and leveraging virtual sourcing systems and techniques including virtual interviewing platforms.
- Experience supporting internship or early‑career programs at scale
- Background in technology, consulting, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with early talent lifecycle programming (internships, externships, academic‑year pipelines)
Prefer Dallas – TX, Phoenix – AZ or Atlanta – GA, but open to remote anywhere in the US.
