Location:
Culver City, CA.
Schedule:
In-office Monday through Thursday, work from home on Fridays after 60 days. Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 base DOE + commission.

Full-time.
We are seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Culver City team, with a strong preference for technical recruiting experience. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by performance and commission, and enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships. This position is primarily in-office and is not a fully remote role.
What You Will Do- Recruit and place talent across technical, IT, engineering, and professional disciplines.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Support business growth through candidate marketing, client communication, and consistent follow-up.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS.
- Meet performance metrics tied to submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue.
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience within a staffing or agency environment.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, and job boards.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven role.
- Must reside within 15 miles of Culver City, CA and be able to work onsite.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Technical recruiting experience (IT, engineering, or related technical roles).
- Experience working with ATS and CRM systems.
