Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Job Analysis Specialist to conduct systematic job analyses, develop accurate job documentation, and support workforce planning initiatives in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will ensure job roles are clearly defined, aligned with organizational objectives, and compliant with employment laws and compensation standards.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive job analyses using interviews, questionnaires, observations, and workflow reviews
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, job specifications, and competency models
- Evaluate job roles to support classification, compensation benchmarking, and career framework development
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and department managers to validate job content and role requirements
- Ensure job documentation complies with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management initiatives
- Analyze organizational structures and recommend role alignment or redesign as needed
- Maintain job architecture documentation and role repositories
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and organizational assessments
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in job analysis, HR analytics, or organizational design
- Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and labor market analysis
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, job classification standards, and compensation principles
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS)
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Human Resources
- Experience with job evaluation systems (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Korn Ferry)
- Familiarity with compensation surveys and benchmarking tools
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location
