Employer Industry: Human Resources and Benefits Administration

Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze, and administer qualified and non-qualified retirement plans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Review and audit employee contributions and reconcile with Payroll to ensure accurate funding of retirement plans
  • Handle escalated inquiries regarding retirement benefits in a timely manner
  • Serve as a liaison for plan audits and support IRS Form 5500 filings and other compliance requirements
  • Lead special projects related to plan design updates and system enhancements
Qualifications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive HR and compensation information
  • Experience with retirement plans in the US and Canada
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or Management
  • Knowledge of the competitive market and industry trends
