Employer Industry: Human Resources and Benefits Administration

- Research, analyze, and administer qualified and non-qualified retirement plans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Review and audit employee contributions and reconcile with Payroll to ensure accurate funding of retirement plans
- Handle escalated inquiries regarding retirement benefits in a timely manner
- Serve as a liaison for plan audits and support IRS Form 5500 filings and other compliance requirements
- Lead special projects related to plan design updates and system enhancements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive HR and compensation information
- Experience with retirement plans in the US and Canada
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or Management
- Knowledge of the competitive market and industry trends
