Position: Remote Total Rewards Director

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Total Rewards Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be integral in shaping and implementing our compensation strategy and overseeing benefits programs across our remote, rapidly growing organization. You will ensure our pay and reward systems are not only competitive but also supportive of our company's mission and values.

Your expertise in total rewards and benefits will empower our teams to thrive as we continue to scale. You will be a trusted advisor to various stakeholders, providing clarity and guidance on compensation-related matters while aligning our strategies with the needs of a diverse workforce. Accountabilities
  • Own and evolve cash and equity compensation structures, including salary bands and equity guidelines.
  • Lead the application of compensation philosophy across the organization.
  • Refine incentive compensation structures for revenue-facing teams in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Provide compensation and equity guidance for job offers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on equity planning and implementation.
  • Manage annual and off-cycle compensation cycles, including merit increases and promotions.
  • Oversee benefits programs and ensure competitive benchmarking.
  • Create clear documentation for compensation, equity, benefits, and incentives.
Requirements
  • ~7-10 years of experience in total rewards with an emphasis on compensation.
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation program design and benchmarking.
  • Hands‑on experience with incentive compensation programs.
  • Experience in tech startups and exposure to public sector sales/revenue is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort making data‑driven recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate complex compensation topics clearly.
