Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant

This role is specifically designed for recruiters in their first 1–2 years of agency staffing experience.
It is an execution-focused position supporting school-based hiring needs and is not intended for senior-level or leadership-scope candidates.
We are hiring a Fulfillment Specialist for our National Fulfillment Center in Norcross, GA. In this role, you will support Special Education teams by sourcing and coordinating candidates for high-demand school positions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage assigned job openings and active candidate pipelines
- Source, screen, and qualify education specialists for immediate needs
- Maintain a strong “ready-now” bench of available candidates
- Match candidates accurately to school and district requirements
- Drive speed-to-submit and meet weekly recruiting activity metrics
- Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure on-time starts
- Keep candidate records accurate and organized in internal systems
This Role Is a Great Fit If You Have:
- 1–2 years of staffing agency recruiting experience (required)
- Proven success in a high-volume, fast-moving recruiting environment
- Ability to juggle multiple openings with urgency and attention to detail
- Comfort using recruiting systems such as an ATS or CRM
Ability to work fully onsite in Norcross, GA
