Summary:
USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. HCTM requires mid-level HR specialists to support retirement/separation case execution, personnel record verification, and HR helpdesk operations during closeout. Salary Range: $95,000–$120,000
Position Summary: Perform core HR technical functions tied to separation, retirement, records management, and HRIS clean-up.
Key Responsibilities- Execute case processing for separations and retirement actions.
- Support Tier 1/Tier 2 HR helpdesk ticketing.
- Perform records QA, scanning, and indexing.
- Assist in data validation and HRIS corrections.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years federal HR operations or related administrative experience.
