A leading cybersecurity firm is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of employment law. The candidate will conduct investigations, support change initiatives, and work collaboratively with the Employee Relations team to ensure fair treatment of employees.
Compensation is hourly at $50 to $55, with additional benefits provided by the staffing agency.
