As our HR Manager, you’ll:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to career plan.
• Lead employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.
• Oversee compliance with employment laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and career development for staff.
• Design and implement training programs to upskill employees.
• Streamline job descriptions and align them with department goals.
• Organize and lead employee engagement activities, including events and celebrations.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and enhance our HRMS and hiring pipeline systems.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process from diverse sources. Ensure recruitment metrics are defined, measured and presented to the Management team
• Overseeing competence development, training, including career management and promotions, job Evaluation and annual job performance.
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices.
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
• The ability to manage recruitment metrics, employee surveys, and HR dashboards.
• A proactive mindset to address grievances and bridge management-employee relations.
• Familiarity with HR tools such as Tripletex (HRMS) and knowledge of Hubspot CRM and data-driven decision-making.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Be a strategic thinker with a passion towards digitalising HR operations
