THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE TO SUPPORT OUR HR SERVICE CENTER
Responsibilities- Coordinate HR programs and processes for AMN team members by answering and resolving payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, learning and talent development, and HR policy questions.
- Serve as a first contact to answer and resolve team member questions by collecting, researching, and analyzing information while using knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and internal HR Service Center processes.
- Independently prioritize a high volume of incoming phone calls and Service Now cases, triaging and resolving or escalating to the Senior HR Service Center Specialist or an HR Center of Excellence when needed.
- Coordinate resolutions with HR Centers of Excellence including Corporate Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Talent Development, HRIS, Employee Relations and Compensation.
- Log and track each customer interaction, including resolution, in the Service Now case management system with detailed information.
- Explain payroll inquiry resolution over the phone and within the Service Now system using current federal and state laws as a guide.
- Process managed work transactions, data updates, and maintain team member records within Workday accurately and promptly.
- Meet or exceed departmental call metric objectives and service level standards while performing HR administrative processes.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Education & Years of
Experience:
High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience; experience in a fast-paced Human Resources, contact center, training or recruiting setting. - Certifications:
Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) (Preferred) - Additional
Experience:
Strong customer service, ability to learn and work in multiple systems - Technical:
Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay$21.00 - $24.75 Hourly. Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
