Overview
Job Summary
The HR Coordinator supports all functions of the Human Resources Department, with a primary focus on maintaining the Firm’s HRIS and internal employee reporting functions. The position provides day-to-day operational support across onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, PTO tracking, reporting, and general HR processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for HRIS troubleshooting.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including collecting new hire/termination information and updating all required systems (HRIS, E-Verify, internal reports).
- Support payroll by assisting with timecard errors, reviewing hourly entries for accuracy, reporting issues, and entering back-end adjustments (partial pays, bonuses, rate changes).
- Track PTO, process adjustments, approve requests as needed, escalate issues, and update allowances per Firm policy.
- Pull HRIS and vendor reports for audits, RFP data, overtime, EEO-1, CA Pay Data, payroll cycles, census files, COBRA, and other ad hoc reporting needs.
- Maintain organized and compliant employee personnel files.
- Assist HR with Firm events and administrative projects as needed.
- Coordinate and manage the Annual Review process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Respond to employment verification requests from external organizations.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to complete tasks from start to finish.
- Professionalism with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP specifically) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in HR or business preferred.
- 0–4 years of administrative experience required;
Human Resources experience preferred.
- Primarily a desk job requiring regular computer and telephone work.
- Reliable internet access is required for remote work.
- May require lifting or carrying files (10–15 pounds).
- Work may involve reviewing and analyzing significant volumes of information.
