Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Airline HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Airport Jobs
. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and human resources management within a virtual airline environment. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment processes, manage HR policies, and ensure a seamless employee experience for our remote workforce.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the virtual airline.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist in creating and enforcing company HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
- Foster a positive work culture by organizing virtual team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and conflict resolution.
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment and retention metrics to improve HR strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or airline-related environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in virtual workforce management is a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience in remote hiring and virtual HR management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the aviation or airline industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Flexible working hours based on business needs.
- Typically Monday to Friday
, with occasional weekend or evening hours depending on recruitment cycles and operational requirements. - Fully remote position with the ability to work across different time zones.
