Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Airline HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Airport Jobs

The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment processes, manage HR policies, and ensure a seamless employee experience for our remote workforce.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the virtual airline.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in creating and enforcing company HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
• Foster a positive work culture by organizing virtual team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and conflict resolution.
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment and retention metrics to improve HR strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or airline-related environment.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
• Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in virtual workforce management is a plus.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
• Experience in remote hiring and virtual HR management is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in the aviation or airline industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Flexible working hours based on business needs.
• Typically Monday to Friday
