We’re seeking a Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team and support the growing needs of our core clients. In this role, you’ll source, engage, and evaluate top talent for a range of legal positions, working under the guidance and mentorship of one of our Directors. With a strong pipeline of active roles from long-standing clients, this position is focused solely on recruiting, so no client sales required.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a staffing/recruiting agency or 3+ years in a sales-oriented customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, customer success, inside sales)
- Performance-Driven Role:
This is a sales-focused position with a strong emphasis on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive success. - Skills and Traits:
Exceptional communication skills. Highly driven, self-motivated, and task oriented. A strong ability to stay organized and meet goals in a fast-paced environment. - Relationship Building:
We’re not looking for transactional recruiters who rely only on email or text. Long-term success at Matura Farrington comes from building real relationships—consistently connecting with candidates by phone and having thoughtful conversations that earn trust. - During the first 3 months of employment, you'll be required to be in the office for training purposes, allowing you to receive hands-on instruction and support from our experienced staff. After this initial training period, you'll have the opportunity to work a flexible hybrid schedule, combining on-site and remote work.
Compensation Range
The compensation package includes base compensation (Starting Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 depending on years of staffing industry experience) and a generous, uncapped commission structure + benefits. Total first year estimated annual compensation is $65,000 - $80,000.
