Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations across our North, Central, and South New Jersey regions
. This executive role supports a large, multi-site healthcare organization and requires a hands‑on leader with deep healthcare HR experience
.
This position requires regular travel throughout New Jersey and frequent presence at our home office in Toms River, NJ
.
The VP of HR provides strategic and operational leadership for Human Resources across multiple healthcare facilities. This role partners closely with executive, regional, and facility leadership to ensure strong employee relations, compliance, and people strategy aligned with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive HR leadership across North, Central, and South New Jersey regions
- Partner with executive and operational leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development
- Oversee HR operations including employee relations, compliance, performance management, investigations, and policy implementation
- Lead and support labor relations in union and non‑union environments
- Manage and develop Regional HR leaders and HR teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations
- Support complex employee relations matters and executive‑level investigations
- Drive consistency in HR practices across all facilities
- Support change management, growth initiatives, and organizational transitions
- Collaborate closely with the HR leadership team at the Toms River home office
- Travel regularly to facilities and regional offices throughout New Jersey
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred - 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience in long‑term care, senior living, or acute care healthcare environments
- Proven experience supporting multi‑site healthcare operations
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, and employment law
- Experience leading HR teams across multiple locations or regions
- Ability to travel extensively throughout New Jersey and frequently to Toms River, NJ
- Strong executive presence, judgment, and communication skills
- Executive‑level impact in a growing healthcare organization
