Our global SaaS client seeks a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a fully remote role.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) plays a critical role within the Talent Acquisition team. The TAC coordinates the logistics and execution of all recruitment activities and serves as the front-line contact for recruiting-related activity. The role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, the business line, external vendors, and candidates to ensure a positive and meaningful candidate experience.
Contract Duration: 11-Months
Responsibilities- Provide recruitment support to Talent Acquisition Partners including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating video and on-site interviews.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for the recruiting process, including ensuring background checks are completed and arranging IT equipment for new hires.
- Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS, including entering NDA documentation and interview details.
- Act as the front-line contact for all recruitment activity and maintain confidentiality and discretion with candidate information.
- Develop and maintain complex interview schedules across multiple locations and time zones, adapting to last-minute changes.
- Support the broader talent acquisition team with research, sourcing, candidate development, and project-based work.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience, while identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency.
- 2-3 years of experience in a HR or Recruitment-focused administrative/coordination role.
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Eagerness to learn and comfort handling ambiguity.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Collaborative mindset; team player, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS or Workday is a plus.
