DescriptionExciting opportunity to support a well-known multi-national organization. As a Payroll Analyst, you will contribute to success by preparing and inputting payroll data to ensure that partners are paid accurately and on time.
Must-Have Skills & Experience- 2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing
- Experience w/ high-volume payroll processing (1000+)
- Experience w/ garnishments, multi-state, off-cycle
- Proficiency in Smartsheet
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience in Federal/State/Local and/or Provincial labor laws
- Relevant certifications
- SAP or other HRIS software experience
- Cycle processing
- On and off-cycle processing (including separations)
- Communication as needed
- Validating understanding of communicated guidance
- Identifying gaps or enhancements and proposing changes
- Guiding stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Ensuring customer understanding of payroll information outside of our team
- Applying best practices on payroll operations and escalating concerns
- Identifying learning opportunities to enhance expertise
This is a 12-month contract assignment and is a 100% remote position, open to candidates in the PST time zone.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
