Location:

75% remote; 25% on-site at the Censis Technologies home office in Franklin, TN.

Position Summary:

Are you prepared to operationalize HR initiatives that drive organizational success? We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. You will collaborate with executive leaders and managers to tackle complex people challenges related to engagement, turnover, culture, talent and performance management. You will help shape a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity, enable manager capability, and support growth.

This role will be hybrid and will partner with people leaders and HR colleagues across the world. The role reports to the Head of HR for the Censis. Join us to shape the future of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a Business Partner for people leaders of the Operating Company.
  • Employee Engagement: coach/partner with people leaders to foster an inclusive culture and drive engagement; analyze engagement data and trends; develop and implement initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Performance Management: provide consultation on goal setting and the full lifecycle of performance management, including annual processes, feedback, coaching, and development of performance improvement plans.
  • Employee Relations and

    Experience:

    guide managers on HR policies and best practices; coach through employee relations matters; may work with ER COE on investigations and countermeasure implementation.
  • Workforce Planning: use workforce planning methodologies to anticipate talent needs; align plans with objectives; manage ramp-up, acquisitions, role eliminations and restructurings; analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Builds Manager Capability in Talent Management: equip managers to select, develop, and retain talent; engage in talent reviews and development planning; partner with Talent Acquisition and COE to design and deliver training programs to enhance manager capability.
Role QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related field
  • Autonomy and experience solving complex people problems; ability to analyze multiple sources of information and take action
  • Impact across clients, operations and cross-functional projects; able to deliver results within guidelines
  • Trusted advisor to leaders and HR colleagues; good cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to explain difficult information to leaders and employees; build consensus
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Hands-on approach with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coaching, influencing and solving problems with various levels of leadership
  • Knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, change management, learning and performance management
  • Understanding of business drivers
  • Project management and execution skills with data-driven recommendations
  • Experience working in a multi-time-zone team; willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficiency with Oracle HCM systems
