We’re growing — and we’re looking for a driven Remote Recruitment Consultant to grow with us.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Thrive, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with schools and candidates while working remotely and flexibly.

Key responsibilities include:

* Building and managing relationships with schools and trusts

* Recruiting candidates for pastoral, support and specialist roles

* Managing the recruitment process from vacancy to placement

* Candidate sourcing, screening and compliance

* Developing your own desk with autonomy and support

Who We’re Looking For

We’re open-minded about background. You might be:

* An experienced education recruiter

* A teacher or school leader ready to move into recruitment

* Someone with sales, people or consultancy experience who understands schools

You’ll need:

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivation and the ability to work remotely

* A values-led approach — safeguarding and integrity matter here

* Confidence managing your own workload
