• Minimum of 5 years of IT recruitment experience in an IT firm;
• Knowledge of the latest technologies;
• Advanced French and English.

• Prospects new IT clients;
• Develops and implements proactive and innovative recruitment strategies;
• Analyzes client recruitment needs;
• Conducts phone and in-person interviews;
• Performs reference and criminal background checks;
• Coordinates relevant tests and recommends top candidates to clients;
• Proactively responds to candidate and client inquiries;
• Sources targeted talent through headhunting activities;
• Provides advisory support to internal and external clients on all recruitment aspects;
• Ensures rigorous follow‑up with clients and candidates to guarantee full satisfaction;
• Represents Inacre at professional, corporate, and networking events, including job fairs and Chamber of Commerce activities;
