Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant, Tech / IT Recruiter
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent. You ll own end-to-end recruitment, working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across different departments and markets. This is a hands-on role where your sourcing expertise, stakeholder relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences will directly shape our success.
Whatyou ll do
- Manage full recruitment life cycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes
- Use your direct sourcing skills across Linked In, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
- Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor
- Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions
- Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased candidate evaluation
- Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring effectiveness
- Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs, and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives
- Travel to BMG offices and events as required
- Proven in-house recruitment experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding both passive and active candidates
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities—you build trust easily and influence at all levels
- Experience with ATS systems and Linked In Recruiter
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
- Additional language skills beyond English
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance
- Experience recruiting across multiple markets or international locations
- Salary of per annum
