Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with HR certification considered an asset.
  • 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience spanning recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS platforms, and technology tools that improve efficiency and accuracy in HR operations.
  • Polished written and verbal communication abilities, paired with high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the discretion required to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the external HR partner, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, leave administration, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including job description development, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and seamless new-hire onboarding.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollments, compliance with plan documents, clear employee communications, audits, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee payroll, HRIS, retirement plan contributions, and related compliance activities, partnering closely with finance, payroll administrators, and external vendors.
  • Support organizational leadership by fostering positive employee relations, coordinating staff meetings
