Role Summary

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for processing bi-monthly and off-cycle payrolls, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, maintaining accurate payroll records, and managing payroll tax registrations and follow-up on tax-related issues. This role requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations and resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions
  • Support our Payroll Supervisor with reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with payroll-related projects and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field; bachelor’s preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Experience with ADP highly preferred

This is a full-time (40 hours a week / 8 hours per day) non-exempt remote position

Compensation The hourly range for this role is $25-$35. Salary is based on factors including job-related knowledge and skill, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.

Residency Requirement You must reside in and intend to work from one of the following states to be eligible for remote employment: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA
