Training Specialist

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and corporate training industry, is seeking a Training Specialist to join their team. As a Training Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting organizational growth and employee development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for learning and development, and a proactive approach to training initiatives which will align successfully in the organization.

Training Specialist

Saint Louis, Missouri

• Develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources to support organizational training initiatives.
• Assist with document management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing using SharePoint.
• Help administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management and course creation.
• Support the training team in completing special projects related to learning and development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure training programs meet organizational goals and standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing training materials.
• Proficiency in SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Poka is a plus; candidates with project management and web design experience are highly preferred.
