Job summary

Our Recruiter will focus on Commercial and Senior Delivery Recruitment roles and is pivotal in driving the strategic sourcing initiatives within the organization. With a remote work model, the role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment process ensuring alignment with corporate goals and contributing to the company's growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement ensuring a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the organization.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies.

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.

  • Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand the organizations reach and access to talent.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate selection.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and strategic sourcing.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.

Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in strategic sourcing with a minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment within Commercial and/or Senior Delivery positions

  • Demonstrate expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify top talent.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Show proficiency in data analysis and recruitment metrics to drive informed decision-making.

  • Have a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.

  • Display a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.

  • Have excellent process and compliance acumens.

Certifications Required

Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) Strategic Talent Acquisition Certification is preferred but not mandatory
