the Role

We are hiring Senior US Healthcare Recruiters who already know how to win in the US market. You must bring deep experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), preferably for MSP programs and multi-facility hospital networks. You will be accountable for building proactive pipelines, closing candidates fast, and producing submissions that convert to placements without hand holding. You will not be starting from zero.

You will be given active roles, volume, and technology. Your value will be measured by quality, speed, and your ability to navigate credentialing, submission packages, and compliance without mistakes.

What you’ll do
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment for clinical healthcare roles including RN and LPN placements across multiple US states.
  • Build proactive pipelines using both established candidate networks and niche sourcing channels such as Facebook/Telegram/Whats App nursing communities, travel nurse forums, and healthcare job boards.
  • Execute high-volume outreach and engagement. 50+ calls or 50–100 messages daily to fuel pipeline velocity.
  • Conduct deep candidate qualification including geography, specialization, certifications, contract readiness, and mobility.
  • Create accurate submission packages per MSP requirements including BLS/ALS certifications, state licenses, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate credentialing steps including medical tests, drug tests, mask-fit requirements, and background verification.
  • Maintain candidate and role data within a CRM/ATS with complete notes and compliance accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Delivery Lead (daily operations) and Sales/Client Strategy (for escalations and direction).
  • Mobilize candidates quickly to maximize offer conversion and reduce ghosting risk.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands on end-to-end recruitment experience supporting US healthcare roles, ideally RN and LPN.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting via MSPs such as HWL, Link, AMN, Focus One, or similar.
  • A live network or proven ability to re-engage prior placements, not just job-board fishing.
  • Experience working within specific state markets or specialties is highly preferred - ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, Wound care, Geriatric / LTC.
  • High-volume pipeline mindset and resilience in reaching hard-to-contact candidates.
  • Core sourcing capability:
    Boolean, Linked In Recruiter, career boards, niche healthcare platforms.
  • Strong understanding of credentialing workflows, compliance, and state licensing.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems. Direct experience with Cats One is an advantage, but adaptability is key.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management.
KPIs you’ll be measured on
  • Pipeline activity: minimum 50 calls or 50–100 messages daily.
  • Minimum five candidate submissions per week.
  • Speed to credentialing readiness and offer.
  • Quality of candidate notes and documentation in ATS.
  • Fill rates and offer-to-start ratios.
