Network Onboarding and Contract Licensing Coordinator
The Network Onboarding and Contract Licensing Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding, contracting, licensing, and registration of Financial Representatives, Associate Financial Representatives, and field staff for Northwestern Mutual and NMIS. This position combines responsibilities for network onboarding and technical administration of contracting and licensing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coordination:
- Schedule onboarding and prepare materials and credentials.
- Act as the main contact for new hires and coordinate with training teams.
Contracting, Licensing, and Registration:
- Manage paperwork and requirements using Home Office systems.
- Liaise between Network Office, Home Office, and external parties for contracting and licensing processes.
- Track educational and exam requirements for licensing.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure documentation compliance and maintain detailed records.
- Address sensitive issues with appropriate leadership.
Communication and Support:
- Provide guidance to new hires and communicate with internal departments.
- Offer technical process information to related personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
- Two years of experience in contracting, licensing, and registration in a regulated industry.
- Preferred experience in insurance and investment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows and Internet technologies.
