Position: Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting vision to support the employer's mission and growth
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for both technical and business roles, from entry-level to senior leadership
  • Design and refine interview processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and high-quality hires
  • Build and promote the employer's talent brand through external representation and community engagement
  • Track and measure recruiting metrics to uncover bottlenecks and improve efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience across technical and business roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology startup
  • Proven experience in building scalable recruiting processes and systems
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive hiring situations with professionalism
  • Business acumen to understand how hiring impacts company strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence decisions with data and insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in coaching hiring managers on market trends and best practices for candidate engagement
  • History of representing a company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Familiarity with using data to drive improvements in recruiting processes
