- Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience across technical and business roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology startup
- Proven experience in building scalable recruiting processes and systems
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive hiring situations with professionalism
- Business acumen to understand how hiring impacts company strategy
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence decisions with data and insights
- Experience in coaching hiring managers on market trends and best practices for candidate engagement
- History of representing a company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Familiarity with using data to drive improvements in recruiting processes
- Ability to maintain a positive candidate experience for all applicants
