Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an HR and Account Manager, based in Newtown, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. The HR and Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of HR and employee benefit solutions while fostering positive client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will also handle day-to-day account management tasks, problem-solving, and strategic planning to meet client needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) and development of HR Policies
  • Proven expertise in Account Management and fostering client relationships
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
