What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Configure, maintain, and support core People systems, including HRIS and related tools for onboarding and compliance
  • Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline People processes such as onboarding and approvals
  • Support integrations between HRIS and other systems in partnership with IT, ensuring data accuracy
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand system needs and translate them into configurations or enhancements
  • Provide systems training, documentation, and support to team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration or People Operations systems
  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting AI-enabled solutions that enhance the employee experience
  • Experience supporting and configuring at least one HRIS or People system
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience building reports and dashboards
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration tools, or data mapping concepts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling sensitive employee data
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners
