- Sourcing & Selection
- Resume & Interview Management:
Dive deep into resumes to unearth hidden gems, scheduling and conducting initial interviews that captivate and engage. - Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with candidates, guiding them seamlessly through every step of the recruitment journey, with a focus on sourcing candidates suited for commission-based careers.
- Own the recruitment lifecycle, from screening top talents to conducting insightful interviews and administering cutting-edge screening tools.
- Resume & Interview Management:
- Building Referral Sources
- Develop a pipeline of potential stars by nurturing referral sources within the office, partnering with community advocates, and exploring diverse avenues.
- Advertising & Marketing Coordination
- Lead captivating advertising and marketing initiatives, harnessing the power of social media, creating eye-catching flyers, and orchestrating impactful local events.
- Forge powerful connections with other Northwestern Mutual recruiters, sharing leads and best practices to consistently elevate our recruitment strategy
- Accountability, Tracking & Analysis
- Reporting & Analytics:
Provide critical weekly updates on recruitment activities to the leadership team - Master home office-supported software to maintain organized candidate databases and precise records, ensuring a smooth and efficient selection process.
- Play a pivotal role in coordinating leadership team meetings and preparing detailed activity and results reports.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Process Improvement
- Analyze recruitment metrics to uncover inefficiencies, implementing innovative solutions that continually refine and enhance our selection process.
- Oversee contract and licensing responsibilities to maintain compliance and excellence.
A Bachelor s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience is the foundation of your journey with us.
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, or related fields.
- Experience in the financial services industry and sourcing candidates for commission-based careers is an added bonus.

Skills:
- High relationship-orientation with a proven ability to work as a trusted team member, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Expertise in prospecting and generating leads through both phone and face-to-face interactions is highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of sourcing platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and Handshake.
Network and Community Involvement:
- A strong network of personal and professional advocates, complemented by active community involvement, sets you apart.
- Compensation: $65 - 80k annually based on experience
