- Serve as the Workday functional lead for Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules, ensuring accurate configuration and business process design
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and recommend technical solutions that enhance automation and compliance
- Configure, test, and deploy enhancements in Workday, including Business Processes and Condition Rules
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolutions across HRIS, Payroll, and integration partners
- Manage bi-annual Workday releases, evaluating feature updates and recommending adoption strategies
- 3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems
- Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws, and practices
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems
- A customer-centric, employee experience mentality that is eager to resolve questions and issues
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
