• Serve as the Workday functional lead for Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules, ensuring accurate configuration and business process design
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and recommend technical solutions that enhance automation and compliance
• Configure, test, and deploy enhancements in Workday, including Business Processes and Condition Rules
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolutions across HRIS, Payroll, and integration partners
• Manage bi-annual Workday releases, evaluating feature updates and recommending adoption strategies

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems
• Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws, and practices
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong writing and communication skills

• Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems
• A customer-centric, employee experience mentality that is eager to resolve questions and issues
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
