Junior Recruiter – freelance

To further support our growth, we are looking for a Junior Freelance Recruiter who is eager to really get to grips with the recruitment profession and help build our team in a hands-on way.
This is not a purely strategic role, but an operational and impactful one in which you will actively attract candidates, conduct interviews and support hiring managers. You will contribute to the sustainable influx of talent while helping to further develop our employer branding. You will be given a great deal of autonomy, trust and room to take initiative within a fast-growing environment.

• Actively searching for and approaching candidates via Linked In, job boards and other channels.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews.
• Guiding candidates through the entire selection process.
• Formulating and publishing job vacancies in a clear and attractive manner.
• Working closely with hiring managers to fully understand their needs.
• Contributing ideas on how we can improve our intake and approach.
• Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
• Administrative follow-up of candidates in the ATS (Recruitee)
• You will contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. content, events, campus campaigns, creative recruitment campaigns, social posts, etc.)

We are seeking someone with a genuine Talent Acquisition mindset who has already gained some initial experience and can work independently.

• You have initial relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agencyli>
• You have strong communication skills and speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• You are confident in proactively contacting people (by telephone/Linked In)
• You work in a structured manner and can keep track of multiple vacancies at the same time
• You are enterprising, independent and take ownership
• You are eager to learn and want to grow in the profession
• Affinity with IT/consultancy is a plus

Amista has several branches throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. You can find us in Mechelen, Destelbergen and Kortrijk, as well as in Dordrecht and Venray. Although you can also work from home on a regular basis, your main place of work will be our office in Destelbergen.
