- Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management using established systems
- Continue your own development in leadership, mindset, human behaviour, and performance
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment
Experience and attributes
- At least 5 years working experience, preferably in HR, L&D, Talent, Coaching, Leadership, or related fields
- Confidence engaging with people and building professional relationships /li>
- Value accountability, growth, and continuous learning
- Open to new career pathways and evolving ways of working
- Desire flexibility to work part-time or full-time, remotely
- Motivated, self-directed, and ready to take ownership of your next chapter
- Feel called to do work that is aligned with your values, not just your resume
This role is particularly well suited to individuals who prefer people-centred, purpose-driven work over rigid corporate environments.
- Remote and flexible work structure
- Part-time or full-time options, allowing you to build this work alongside other professional commitments if desired
- Ongoing professional and leadership development
- Structured systems, tools, and training to support client attraction and engagement
- Performance-based rewards and bonus framework
- A collaborative, high-trust team environment that values growth, learning, and shared success

This is a soul-aligned position for individuals who know they are capable of more, recognise the potential for greater impact, and are ready to explore new possibilities with intention.
If this resonates, we invite you to apply.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a brief, exploratory conversation to confirm alignment and explore whether this role supports your goals and future plans.
