• £27.5k base salary which increases to £32.5k after 6 months.
• OTE in year 1 of £55k through promotions and commission.

• Client Engagement:
  Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
• Candidate Sourcing:
  Use various methods (job boards, social media, networking) to find potential candidates for open roles.
• Screening Candidates:
  Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the client's company.
• Job Matching:
  Match suitable candidates with job opportunities based on qualifications, experience, and client requirements.
• Negotiating Offers:
  Facilitate salary negotiations and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
• Market Research:
  Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool availability.
• Consultation:
  Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates regarding market conditions, hiring trends, and career development.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Handle contracts, job postings, feedback collection, and database management.
• Candidate Support:
  Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering resume advice, interview tips, and career guidance.
• Business Development:
  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

• Degree educated or relevant sales experience.
• Hardworking and results driven.

• Confident with speaking to a range of individuals.
