The Benefits - Trainee Recruitment Consultant- £27.5k base salary which increases to £32.5k after 6 months.
- OTE in year 1 of £55k through promotions and commission.

- Client Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and business goals. - Candidate Sourcing:
Use various methods (job boards, social media, networking) to find potential candidates for open roles. - Screening Candidates:
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the client's company. - Job Matching:
Match suitable candidates with job opportunities based on qualifications, experience, and client requirements. - Negotiating Offers:
Facilitate salary negotiations and terms of employment between clients and candidates. - Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool availability. - Consultation:
Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates regarding market conditions, hiring trends, and career development. - Administrative Tasks:
Handle contracts, job postings, feedback collection, and database management. - Candidate Support:
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering resume advice, interview tips, and career guidance. - Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Degree educated or relevant sales experience.

- Confident with speaking to a range of individuals.
