Job Description

This role supports clients’ employees with immigration requirements, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while delivering excellent client service. The caseworker collaborates closely with clients, employees, legal teams, government authorities, and other stakeholders to manage immigration processes efficiently. They play a key role in navigating complex procedures and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support
  • Manage end-to-end immigration cases, including visas and permanent residence applications
  • Prepare immigration applications in compliance with regulations
  • Advise clients on immigration processes, timelines and potential risks
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all documents are securely stored and easily accessible
  • Communicate effectively with clients, government officials and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow
  • Liaise with network offices, third-party providers, consulates, embassies and immigration authorities to stay updated on regulations and monitor case progress
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding case status or changes in immigration regulations
  • Provide on-the-ground immigration support to our Cape Town-based clients including document collection and VFS accompaniment services
  • Maintain accurate case records, track time and support billing activities
  • Address client inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and courteously
  • Stay current with immigration laws, regulations and policies
Your profile
  • University degree / recent graduates (Law or BCom preferred)
  • Highly self-disciplined, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interest in international work environments and Global Mobility topics
  • Responsible, proactive and committed approach to work
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and develop both personally and professionally
